Full-arch dental implants
All on X implants in Newcomb & Geelong
Replace a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge on as few as four implants. Treatment is planned at Newcomb Dental, 74 Bellarine Hwy — with clear explanations, digital x-rays and fees before you start.

- Fixed full-arch smile
- Implant dentist on site

A fixed smile, not a plate
The bridge is secured to implants in the jaw, so it does not lift like a loose denture when you eat or speak.
Fewer implants, full arch
Four to six implants can support a full upper or lower set of teeth when the case is planned carefully.

What All-on-X means
All-on-4, All-on-6 and the number that fits your jaw
All-on-X is the name for a full-arch implant bridge. The “X” is how many implants your dentist places — commonly four (All-on-4) or six (All-on-6). Angled rear implants are sometimes used so a stable bridge is possible even when bone at the back of the jaw is limited.
It is designed for people who have lost most teeth in one jaw, whose remaining teeth cannot be saved, or who are tired of a removable denture. It is different from a single dental implant and crown, which replaces one tooth at a time.
- Titanium implants placed in the jawbone
- A custom fixed bridge for the whole arch
- Fewer implants than a crown on every missing tooth
- An option when dentures feel loose or incomplete
Who it can help
When a full-arch implant bridge is considered
Many missing teeth
If several teeth in one jaw are gone, replacing each one with a separate implant is not always practical. All-on-X supports the whole arch.
Failing or broken teeth
When remaining teeth are mobile, decayed or painful, removing them and rebuilding the arch on implants can be a clearer long-term plan.
Unstable dentures
A loose full denture can make eating and speaking harder. A fixed All-on-X bridge stays in place; you still clean around it as we show you.
Bone that has receded
Implants help maintain jawbone. All-on-X planning looks at bone volume on x-ray so we know if four implants, six, or extra preparation is safer.
Wanting a non-removable smile
Unlike a plate you take out at night, the bridge is attached to the implants. It looks like teeth, not a denture on the bench.
Geelong & Bellarine patients

The process
Consultation first, then a written plan
Nothing starts until we have examined your mouth, reviewed digital x-rays and talked through options — including whether All-on-X, individual implants, or dentures is the better fit.
- Exam, photos and digital x-rays at 74 Bellarine Hwy
- Discussion of All-on-4 vs All-on-6 and healing time
- Fees, visits and payment plan options in writing
- Surgical placement of the implants under local anaesthetic
- Temporary teeth where clinically suitable, then the final bridge
Happy Gas can be used if you feel anxious. You stay awake and it wears off after the visit.
Why this clinic
Implant dentistry on the Bellarine Highway
Implant dentist on the team
Dr Vivek Juneja plans and restores implant cases at Newcomb Dental, including missing-tooth and full-arch work.
Digital x-rays, lower dose
We use digital imaging so you can see the plan on screen, with a much lower dose than older film x-rays.
Fees before treatment
All-on-X is a significant investment. We explain what is included, what might be extra, and payment options before you commit.
Treatment is only offered when it is clinically suitable. Smoking, uncontrolled medical conditions and active gum disease can affect healing — we will be honest if another path is safer.

Questions
All on X implants, explained
Bring a list of medicines and any recent dental x-rays if you have them. We will tell you whether All-on-X is appropriate, or if another implant or denture plan is better.
Book a consultationWhat are All on X implants?
All-on-X is a full-arch implant treatment. A fixed bridge replacing a full set of upper or lower teeth is supported by a small number of dental implants — often four (All-on-4) or six (All-on-6), depending on bone, bite and clinical need.
How is All-on-X different from All-on-4?
All-on-4 is one type of All-on-X. The “X” is the number of implants your dentist recommends. Some patients are planned for four implants; others need six (or another number) for a more stable result.
Who is a candidate for All on X implants in Geelong?
It can suit people with many missing teeth, failing teeth, or loose dentures who want a fixed smile rather than a removable plate. Suitability depends on general health, gum health, bone volume and a full exam with digital x-rays at Newcomb Dental.
How long does All-on-X treatment take?
Planning starts with a consultation. Implant placement is a surgical visit. Some patients can wear a temporary fixed bridge soon after surgery if it is clinically suitable; the final bridge is fitted after the implants have healed. Timeframes vary and are explained before you start.
Do you offer payment plans for implant treatment?
Yes. Newcomb Dental offers flexible payment options including Afterpay, ZipPay, Humm and SuperCare, subject to provider approval. We explain fees in writing before treatment. See our payment plans.
